Privacy Statement

In order to advise you properly, we must obtain information from you about your financial and personal circumstances.

By providing us with said information you agree:


1. That we can hold said information on computer and/or paper files, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and any subsequent amendments thereto.

2. That any information which you give us, including sensitive personal data such as health and medical records, may be disclosed to third parties (e.g. credit reference agencies and medical practitioners, where relevant) for the purpose of processing your application and for the ongoing administration of your investment or policy but for no other purpose. 

3. You agree that we may use the information that we hold about you to contact you from time to time by post, fax, e-mail or telephone.

4. We confirm that any consent given by you under the above paragraph may be withdrawn by you at any time by instructing us in writing at our normal office address.

We intend to use your information for the purpose of providing financial and insurance advice.

We are processing the data in order to provide financial and insurance advice. We will retain records for six years beyond the duration of the advice provided  / contract or policy end date or investment maturity or withdrawal unless required by our regulator to keep information for a  longer period.  You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office if you think that there is a problem with the way that we are handling your data.
